Defective or Damaged Items
If any part of your emergency bag or its contents arrives damaged or breaks with normal use, we offer a full replacement at no additional cost. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll make it right by sending you a new product or part.
Important Return Condition
To qualify for a return or refund, all items must remain unopened and in their original packaging. If the sealed food, water, or medical supplies have been opened or tampered with, we unfortunately cannot accept a return due to safety and hygiene standards.
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide the kit isn’t right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping). The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
