45-Day Limited Warranty

At Off The Grid Supply Co. (OTG), we believe in the importance of being prepared for any critical situation. Our Survival Kit is built to last and designed to be a reliable companion in emergencies. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, which is why we offer a 45-Day Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered:

Defects in Materials: Flaws or imperfections in the raw materials used to construct the Survival Kit that lead to a failure in its intended function.
Defects in Workmanship: Issues arising from the manufacturing process or assembly of the Survival Kit that compromise its integrity or performance.

What is NOT Covered:

Normal Wear and Tear: Components may show signs of use over time. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, fading, or other typical signs of aging that do not affect functionality.
Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or unauthorized repairs is not covered, including exposure to extreme temperatures or intentional damage.
Loss or Theft: Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Consumable Items: Certain items in the Survival Kit (e.g., batteries, food rations, first-aid supplies) are considered consumables and are not covered by this warranty.
Consequential or Incidental Damages: We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Survival Kit.

Warranty Claim Process:

If you believe your Survival Kit has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via hello@offthegridco.com with a detailed description of the issue and your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may request photographs or videos of the defect. We may require the product to be returned for inspection.
Resolution: If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the defective item.
- Replace the defective item with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater value.
- Issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Return Shipping:

If a return is required for warranty evaluation, customers may be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you if the claim is approved.

Disclaimer:

This 45-Day Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided for the Survival Kit. All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
