Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our Survival Kit is built to last and designed to be a reliable companion in critical situations. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our product with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered:

• Defects in Materials: This includes any flaws or imperfections in the raw materials used to construct the Survival Kit that lead to a failure in its intended function.

• Defects in Workmanship: This covers any issues arising from the manufacturing process or assembly of the Survival Kit that compromise its integrity or performance.

What is NOT Covered:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, components of the Survival Kit may naturally degrade or show signs of use. This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, fading, minor abrasions, or other typical signs of aging that do not affect the kit's functionality.

• Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or modifications to the Survival Kit is not covered. This includes, but is not limited to, exposure to extreme temperatures beyond specifications, submersion in water (unless specified as waterproof), or intentional damage.

• Loss or Theft: This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

• Consumable Items: Certain items within the Survival Kit, such as batteries, food rations, water purification tablets, first-aid supplies (bandages, antiseptic wipes, etc.), and other single-use or limited-shelf-life components, are considered consumables and are not covered by this warranty. These items are designed for use and replacement.

• Consequential or Incidental Damages: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Survival Kit.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your Survival Kit has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

All other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
